VOLUNTEER WITH US

The Trojans Youth Baseball Club is a 100% volunteer-run organization. Our success depends on volunteers willing to take time out of their busy schedules to organize and orchestrate every aspect of our Club.  We always need MORE HELP! There are many opportunities to volunteer including: 

• Head coach

• Assistant coach

• Team manager -- assist with team rosters, scheduling, calendars, and communication

• Team parent -- coordinate team events, parties, and other miscellaneous items

• Photography/Videography/Live-streaming

• Sponsorship of the Club or a specific team

• Graphic design -- design Club marketing materials and team banners

• Fundraising for the Club or a specific team

• Community outreach/public relations -- coordinate entry into Coralville's Fourth Fest Parade, attend back-to-school ice cream socials to advertise the Club

• Technology support

• Maintenance and improvement of the Club's practice field at Weber Elementary

• Donation of new or gently used equipment and gear to increase accessibility and opportunity for all

• Web design

• Grant writing

• Board Member
